Two Shockingly Simple Ways Content Marketing Will Make You Better in Bed
The world is a hectic place, and one of the biggest problems with our busy schedules is that many of us are not getting enough sleep.
According to NHS Choices, most of us need around eight hours of good-quality sleep a night, and if we don’t get that, we could be storing up issues way beyond the normal grumpiness and lack of focus. It can actually cause long term mental and physical issues.
So I’m going to explain how you can leave the office earlier by automating parts of your SEO. You can then get to bed and be better at sleeping each night!
What? Wait, what did you think this headline was about?
Honestly, you lot. Sheesh. You should be ashamed…
Automate the easy stuff
Now we’ve cleared up the confusion, let’s get down and dirty with the details.
The first key to this is to automate as much as possible, so let’s begin with the easy stuff first.
If you’re an Instagram user (and if you’re selling in retail, you really should be), then you can easily post to Facebook at the same time you post to Instagram.
Simply click the “Facebook” icon before you post the image, and it will automagically be sent across to your profile.
You’ll also notice a Twitter icon. Sure, click that too, but it’s not quite as snazzy.
When sharing using this method, you’ll notice that your Tweet only had a link to the image on Instagram.
This is because Facebook owns Instagram, and hates Twitter, so they make it a bit harder to share that way, unless you know a way around it.
Luckily, I know a way around it.
This is one of the best websites on the net, and a great place to get lost in ultimate geekdom.
If you own any kind of home automation equipment, then you may find yourself getting lost in a world of clever apps that will make your life a heck of a lot easier, but there’s even more to it.
It stands for “If This Then That” and it simply allows you to trigger something when something else happens.
For example, when someone adds a task to our project system, that task is copied on to my own task management tool.
When I have a text from the school my kids are at, it automatically gets sent to my wife.
Delegation, see? Get that monkey off your back.
But you can also use it to automate your SEO tasks.
For example, when you post a blog on your site, it can automatically share it to Facebook and Twitter, and even post a bookmark on one of many bookmarking sites.
Or, you could use it to watch a competitor’s blog and have it email you whenever they post a new update.
And if you want to post from Instagram automatically with a native Twitter image, you can do that:
Explore the apps, you’ll find many ways to make your life much easier.
And so, to bed!
These little titbits of information could end up saving you hours a day, which means you can knock-off early, spend some quality time at home and still get a good night’s sleep!
